Privacy Policy
This policy covers glassskinusa.com and the DewyIQ and SkinClash iPhone apps.

The short version
- You can use the core features of both apps without creating an account.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not collect facial images for advertising.
- You can request deletion of anything associated with your account at any time.
What we collect
Nothing, if you stay signed out. Ingredient lookups and clash checks run without an account, and in that state we hold no identifier for you.
If you create an account: an email address, and the skin profile you choose to enter. The skin profile exists so recommendations are relevant to you. It is not shared with advertisers.
If you subscribe: Apple processes the payment. We receive a subscription status and an anonymous identifier from our billing provider. We never see your card details.
Diagnostics: aggregate, non-identifying usage and crash data so we can fix what is broken.
Photos
Where a feature asks for a photo, it is used to produce your result and is not used for advertising, resale, or model training by us. Camera and photo library access is requested only at the moment you choose to use that feature, and it can be declined without losing access to the rest of the app.
Third parties
We use a subscription billing provider to manage purchases and entitlements, and standard analytics for aggregate usage. Some outbound product links are affiliate links, disclosed beside the link. Affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you follow those links, governed by their policies rather than ours.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing privacy@glassskinusa.com. Deleting your account removes the profile and associated records. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to processing. We honour those requests regardless of location.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised policy.
